Senior Full Stack Developer (Node.js / React / Next.js / NestJS)

Blurify develops modern iGaming platforms for B2B clients and a platform framework to accelerate secure product building with AI-first development. They work on custom platforms, community features, multiplayer, tournaments, special events, multi-tenant frontend, and adaptable architectures for diverse clients and markets.

• Minimum 5 years commercial experience as a Full Stack Developer
• Strong knowledge of Node.js, NestJS, React, Next.js, and TypeScript
• Ability to work across all application layers: frontend, backend, deployment
• Good understanding of web application security and performance
• Experience designing and developing complex systems
• Problem-solving skills without hand-holding
• Practical approach to code quality, testability, and system maintenance
• English language proficiency at B2/C1 level
• Willingness to work in a hybrid model: 2 days per week from Wrocław office

• Experience with iGaming, fintech, payments, or high-traffic systems
• Experience with event-driven architecture

• Build scalable platforms and framework architecture from scratch focusing on rapid deployment, customization, and multi-tenant solutions
• Develop and maintain full stack applications (approx. 50% backend / 50% frontend) using Node.js, NestJS, React, and Next.js including frontend, backend, and deployment layers
• Design and implement new features and product modules including real-time, multiplayer, tournament, community, and event solutions
• Create personalized, multi-zone frontends tailored to tenants and users
• Design solutions ensuring high performance, security, scalability, and maintainability of distributed systems
• Work with real-time communication, event-driven architecture, and distributed systems
• Collaborate on technology decisions and platform architecture development with development teams
• Maintain code quality, performance, and engineering best practices
• Cooperate with Dev, QA, PM, BA, DevOps, and Tech Lead teams in product development and evolution
• Provide technical knowledge support and solve complex architectural and implementation problems

Work mode: hybrid with 2 days per week in Wrocław office.
