• Minimum 2 years of experience as Business Analyst, System Analyst, or IT Analyst
• Experience in IT projects executed in Agile/Scrum
• Practical knowledge of REST, JSON, XML, or system integrations
• Experience working with Jira and Confluence
• Ability to create analytical and technical documentation
• Very good command of English

• Analyze business and system requirements
• Create and refine user stories
• Collaborate with developers, Product Owners, and stakeholders
• Participate in refinement sessions and support backlog
• Analyze system integrations and data flows
• Prepare analytical and technical documentation
• Identify risks, edge cases, and system dependencies
