Senior UX Researcher

We are looking for a Senior UX Researcher to lead user research across complex digital products in a consulting environment. This role owns the full research lifecycle—from defining research strategy and selecting methods to delivering actionable insights that directly influence product and design decisions.

• 5+ years of UX research experience on complex digital products.
• Strong ability to plan, execute, and synthesize qualitative and quantitative research independently.
• Experience presenting insights to senior stakeholders and influencing decisions.
• Comfortable working in Agile environments and cross-functional teams.
• Strong communication and storytelling skills.

Nice to have:

• Experience in fintech, banking, or enterprise products.
• Mentoring or scaling research practices within teams

• Defining research strategy and selecting methods to delivering actionable insights that directly influence product and design decisions.
• Working closely with designers, product managers, and engineers to ensure user needs are embedded into decision-making at every stage of product development.
• Shaping product strategy, usability, and long-term user experience quality by research outcomes, particularly within large-scale and regulated digital products.
• Mentor and support junior researchers and contribute to the development of research practices and standards across the organisation.
• Maintain ethical research practices, including informed consent, data privacy, and accessibility considerations.
