Staff AI Product Manager (m/f/d)

Essential:

• Proven experience in startup environments or leading "zero-to-one" product initiatives as a founder or founding team member.
• Deep, practitioner-level understanding of how AI shifts product development and user interaction.
• Ability to operate effectively in rapidly changing technology landscapes.
• Track record of identifying and executing experiments that challenge established business models.

Nice to have:

• Experience entering and scaling products within the US market.

• Background in lead/senior roles such as Product Director or Head of Product within early-stage ventures.

• Experience working in hybrid squads with engineers, designers, and PMs as a high-velocity unit.

• Conversational level English language skills are required as English is the company language.

As a Staff AI Product Manager in the Disruption Squad, reporting to the Director of Product, you will:

• Lead an internal incubator challenging the status quo of the beauty industry.
• Lead strategic development of next-generation, AI-native solutions.
• Explore untapped market opportunities and redefine user experience.
• Spearhead high-impact experimentation and investigate emerging technologies to keep the product ecosystem at the forefront of the industry.

English language skills at conversational level are required as English is the company language used for business-wide communications.
