Senior DevOps Engineer

• 3–5 years in DevOps/SRE roles.
• 2+ years of experience on AWS.
• Familiarity with DevSecOps.
• Proficiency in Terraform including writing reusable modules and managing state for multi-environment setups.
• Understanding of AWS Organizations multi-account strategies and Service Control Policies (SCPs).
• Deep knowledge of EKS including Managed Node Groups, Fargate, and Cluster Autoscaler.
• Ability to manage complex application releases using Helm charts.
• Experience with GitLab CI, GitHub Actions, AWS CodePipeline.
• Preference for GitOps tools like ArgoCD.
• Scripting proficiency in Python, Go, or Bash.
• Implementation of SAST/DAST in pipelines and container image scanning.
• Proficiency in AWS Secrets Manager or HashiCorp Vault.
• Basic understanding of PCI DSS or SOC2 compliance requirements.
• Experience with audit logging via Git, AWS CloudTrail, and Config.
• Experience setting up Prometheus and Grafana for Kubernetes metrics.
• Implementation of centralized logging using ELK stack, CloudWatch Logs, or Loki.
• Familiarity with AWS X-Ray or OpenTelemetry for tracing.
• Experience with on-call rotations and incident root cause analysis.

• Own and support day-to-day DevOps activities across development, staging, and production environments.
• Design, maintain, and optimise secure and scalable cloud infrastructure on AWS.
• Manage Kubernetes environments and support containerised application deployments.
• Build and improve CI/CD pipelines and infrastructure automation processes.
• Implement monitoring, logging, and alerting solutions to ensure platform reliability.
• Maintain Infrastructure as Code using Terraform and GitOps practices.
• Collaborate with development and security teams to improve system performance and stability.
• Support security, compliance, and DevSecOps initiatives across infrastructure and deployment processes.
• Troubleshoot production issues, participate in incident response, and conduct Root Cause Analysis (RCA).
• Ensure high availability, reliability, and operational excellence of cloud platforms and services.
• Continuously improve deployment workflows, operational processes, and infrastructure standards.

Work within the EU time zone (UTC+1/UTC+2), which is 2 hours behind Ukraine.
