HR Operations Specialist

• Support client communication and reporting, helping resolve more complex L&D-related questions.
• Manage end-to-end training activities and employee requests, ensuring deadlines and quality expectations are met.
• Work closely with clients and team members daily via email and phone, maintaining accurate and up-to-date documentation.
• Share knowledge within the team and support smooth collaboration and work coordination.
• Possess solid analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Have 2–4 years of HR experience and a positive, team-oriented mindset.
• SAP SF Learning knowledge is a plus.

• Manage end-to-end contract operations: gathering commitments, raising iSOWs/POs, coordinating with Procurement & Finance, and handling invoicing.
• Monitor commitment thresholds, license/voucher allocations, usage tracking, reporting, and day-to-day contract administration.
• Act as main contact for internal stakeholders, vendors, and clients; handle communication, reporting, escalations, and issue resolution.
• Ensure process compliance and documentation, support additional purchases, and continuously improve efficiency and client satisfaction.
• Deliver tickets on time, demonstrating strong business acumen, problem-solving, client management, and communication skills.
