Senior Software Engineer (Python)

• 4+ years of commercial Python development experience, with strong expertise in server-side application development and package management
• Hands-on experience with Flask for building scalable server-side applications and services
• Proven experience working with AWS cloud services in a commercial environment
• Strong self-management skills with the ability to take responsibility for deliverables independently and drive tasks to completion
• Excellent verbal English communication skills, with the ability to engage confidently with international stakeholders and cross-functional teams

• Collaborating directly with customer development, management and business teams to understand requirements and deliver robust Python-based solutions
• Taking ownership of task completion and delivery within an Agile software development process, ensuring high quality and timely outcomes
• Researching and evaluating technical options to implement business requirements, leveraging modern tools and frameworks including Flask and AWS
• Contributing to functional and architectural decisions for new functionality, helping shape the technical direction of the project
• Participating actively in code reviews within the development team, maintaining high coding standards and sharing knowledge across the team
