Scrum Master

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Scrum Master in software teams working according to Scrum
• Deep understanding and practical application of Agile values
• Experience with tools such as JIRA and Confluence
• Servant leadership approach, supporting the team rather than managing it
• Ability to facilitate meetings, resolve conflicts, and build a good atmosphere
• Ability to identify problems in the team and actively help solve them
• Experience with Scrum practices (e.g., retrospectives, burndown charts, bug management)
• Ability to mentor and develop the team, increasing its maturity
• Strong communication skills, able to clearly convey information and collaborate with various stakeholders
• English language proficiency at minimum C1 level
• Knowledge of SAFe or experience working in a scaled Scrum environment
• Technical background (development, QA, BA, or IT project management)

• Supporting the team and organization in applying Agile/Scrum
• Coaching the team towards greater self-organization and maturity
• Collaborating with the Product Owner (refinement, backlog)
• Removing impediments and supporting the team in their elimination
• Facilitating Scrum events (daily, retrospective, planning, etc.)
• Building a safe work environment based on trust
• Supporting communication and transparency in the organization
• Leading and initiating continuous improvement activities
• Working in an international environment
• Working in a hybrid model (2-3 days from the office in Warsaw)
