• 7+ years of experience as Agile Coach, Scrum Master, or similar role
• Solid experience working in SAFe environment
• Very good understanding of Agile, Scrum, and SAFe methodologies
• Excellent communication skills at all organizational levels and with internal and external stakeholders
• At least one certification: PSM I or CSM I and one SAFe certification (PSM II, KMP II are additional advantages)

• Coaching in Lean-Agile approach and practices for Agile Release Train members including Scrum Masters, agile team members, Product Managers, and business stakeholders
• Supporting communication within ART and building a "one-team" approach
• Optimizing workflow within Agile Release Train
• Supporting Product Managers in PI Planning preparation and ensuring readiness of vision, roadmap, and program backlog
• Assisting teams in feature estimation and aggregating estimates for larger work items like epics
• Ensuring PI Planning readiness by developing Continuous Exploration process supporting vision, roadmap, and backlog creation, including pre- and post-PI Planning activities
• Facilitating PI Planning events
• Supporting risk management, dependencies, and obstacle removal
• Collecting program flow metrics and other key indicators to support continuous improvement
• Supporting development of Scrum Master communities, Communities of Practice, and Centre of Excellence
• Working in a hybrid model with meetings at least 2-3 days per week in the Warsaw office
