• Experience in Release Management
• Ability to manage release schedules, risks, and project dependencies
• Knowledge of Change Management processes
• Ability to create and maintain deployment documentation
• Skills in working with multiple stakeholders and conducting project communication
• Fluent communication in English

• Develop and maintain release management strategy for projects and initiatives
• Plan, coordinate, and oversee software releases across DEV, TEST, UAT, and PROD environments
• Prepare and maintain release documentation including deployment plans, schedules, checklists, and rollback plans
• Coordinate collaboration among development, testing, operations, and business teams
• Manage change processes and monitor risks related to deployments
• Report release status, environment readiness, and recommend mitigating actions
• Collaborate with external suppliers and participate in improving release and deployment management processes
• Participate in project acceptance regarding deployment readiness
• Work according to ITIL and DevOps best practices
