Test Manager

Outsourcing IT Devire is a form of cooperation dedicated to IT professionals, based on self-employment (B2B), executing projects for leading clients in the energy sector.

• Minimum 5 years of professional IT experience, including at least 3 years as a Test Manager
• Experience managing tests in complex IT environments with multiple integrated systems
• Experience working in Agile and hybrid environments
• Very good knowledge of end-to-end testing processes
• Practical knowledge of ISTQB standards
• Knowledge of QA Best Practices
• Very good knowledge of Jira and familiarity with Confluence
• Knowledge of test management, defect tracking, and reporting tools
• Certifications: ISTQB Certified Tester Foundation Level, ITIL v3 or ITIL 4

• Manage the end-to-end testing process including planning, organization, and execution of tests
• Prepare test strategies and quality reports
• Coordinate regression tests, UAT, and post-implementation tests
• Monitor solution quality, identify and manage quality risks and defects
• Recommend release readiness and participate in release decisions
• Plan tests according to release schedules
• Coordinate testing activities between teams
• Work with test, integration, and pre-production environments
