Senior Product Manager

Appliscale is an independent Technology Consultancy specializing in bespoke, cloud-based systems and full-cycle engineering. They work across industries such as gaming, proptech, legaltech, and adtech, partnering with startups, scaleups, and Fortune 500 companies worldwide. Their current focus is on building intelligent agents that drive automation, streamline operations, and enable scalable agentic ecosystems.

• 5+ years in product management within tech-driven companies with experience in roadmapping, discovery, experimentation, and iterative delivery
• Close proximity to engineering; comfortable working alongside developers in continuous delivery setups, understanding backlogs, sprint mechanics, and technical trade-offs
• Data sensibility and KPI ownership; able to define, track, and use metrics to inform decisions pragmatically
• Autonomous and outcome-oriented
• Strong English communication

Nice to have:

• Experience in proptech, real estate classifieds, or marketplace products with understanding of multi-sided platform dynamics
• French language skills (conversational or above)
• Familiarity with A/B testing and experimentation frameworks at scale
• Experience working in distributed or cross-country product teams
• Exposure to data platforms, analytics tooling, or martech product areas
• Prior experience in a consulting or embedded-team model as an external product hire

• Own a product area end-to-end: discovery, prioritisation, delivery, and measurement
• Work daily with engineering, design, data, and business stakeholders to ship outcomes, not just features
• Define and track product KPIs, using data to guide decisions while exercising good judgment when data is incomplete
• Maintain and groom a healthy backlog — making trade-off decisions that balance user value, technical debt, and business goals
• Communicate progress, risks, and learnings clearly to both local and remote stakeholders
• Collaborate across a cross-country setup, working primarily in English with French-speaking colleagues and partners
