Video Marketing Specialist - Mid

RedDeer.Games is a company with over 50 employees that publishes games for Nintendo Switch, PlayStation, Xbox, and PC platforms.

• Experience in video editing (preferably in the gaming or entertainment industry)
• Very good knowledge of Adobe video editing tools
• Ability to work quickly and respond to changing needs
• Knowledge of the specifics and requirements of various game distribution platforms
• Sense of aesthetics and visual storytelling skills using image, editing rhythm, and music
• Knowledge of visual trends and styles in game development and social media, with ability to match style to game and audience
• Independence, good work organization, and attention to detail
• English language proficiency at B2 level
• Portfolio with game trailers or dynamic promotional materials

Nice to have:

• Knowledge of 2D and 3D animation
• Knowledge of 2D software such as Adobe Photoshop
• Basic knowledge of Unity software
• Experience with sound design and audio for trailers
• Interest in indie game industry and current marketing trends

• Creating trailers and promotional materials for games on various platforms (Steam, Xbox, PlayStation, Nintendo, YouTube, social media)
• Adapting materials to technical requirements and guidelines of different platforms in multiple formats simultaneously
• Recording and editing gameplay from game builds
• Selecting music, cutting material, editing, sound design, and applying corrections
• Participating in planning campaigns and video material aesthetics tailored to specific games and genres
