Full-Stack Engineer (TypeScript, Node.js, Vue.js, AWS)

OBI SMART TECHNOLOGIES POLAND SPÓŁKA Z OGRANICZONĄ ODPOWIEDZIALNOŚCIĄ is a joint venture between OBI and Reply Group, responsible for co-designing, building, and operating mission-critical digital platforms for commerce, customer service, and omnichannel retail. Their mission is to implement standardized processes and scalable digital products supporting one of Europe’s largest DIY retailers, advancing internationalization and delivering consistent business-critical solutions.

• Minimum 3 years of commercial experience in full-stack software development.
• Completed university degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Mathematics, or related technical field.
• Strong experience with TypeScript and backend development using Node.js frameworks such as NestJS.
• Experience building frontend applications using Vue or Nuxt.
• Familiarity with event-driven architectures and messaging systems like Kafka.
• Understanding of CI/CD pipelines, ideally with GitLab CI.
• Experience with cloud environments, preferably AWS (ECS, EKS, EC2, IAM, Lambda).
• Familiarity with Infrastructure as Code tools such as Terraform or AWS CDK.
• Fluent communication skills in English and Polish.
• Availability to work in a hybrid mode with 1–2 office visits per week.

• Design, develop, and maintain backend services and APIs using TypeScript, Node.js, and NestJS.
• Build and maintain modern frontend applications using Vue and Nuxt.
• Develop internal tools and platforms to improve developer productivity and automate workflows.
• Collaborate with DevOps engineers to integrate applications with cloud infrastructure, CI/CD pipelines, and observability platforms.
• Troubleshoot application and platform issues, perform root cause analysis, and support continuous improvement.
• Research and evaluate new technologies, creating Proofs of Concept (POCs).
• Communicate technical concepts clearly and collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
