• Minimum 2 years of experience in processing large datasets.
• Participation in Big Data projects with budgets ≥ 1 million PLN in the last 24 months.
• Experience in large-scale IT projects, preferably in healthcare, data warehousing, and Big Data (Spark/Hadoop).
• Practice in on-premise environments.
• Higher education in a technical or related field.
• Ability to work in complex projects and interdisciplinary teams.
• Very good work organization and goal orientation.
• Advanced knowledge and commercial experience in Python.
• Experience with Apache Spark for batch job processing and optimization.
• Experience with Apache Airflow for building DAGs and ETL/ELT orchestration.
• Very good knowledge of SQL including query optimization.
• Knowledge of Hadoop architecture and ecosystem.
• Practical skills with Git version control.
• Experience with PostgreSQL / EnterpriseDB for high-volume data analysis and processing.
• Knowledge of CI/CD processes.

Nice to have:

• Certifications such as Agile PM or equivalent.
• Apache Airflow certifications (e.g., Airflow Fundamentals, DAG Authoring).
• Apache Spark certifications (e.g., Spark Developer Associate).

• Design and implementation of ETL/ELT processes in on-premise environments.
• Development and optimization of Python code in Big Data projects.
• Building and managing DAGs in Apache Airflow for process orchestration.
• Processing large datasets using Apache Spark and Hadoop.
• Optimization of SQL queries and data analysis in PostgreSQL / EnterpriseDB.
• Collaboration on enterprise-class projects involving data warehouses and large volumes.
• Participation in CI/CD processes including pipelines, testing, and deployment.
• Working in interdisciplinary project teams.
