Młodszy Specjalista Service Desk IT (k/m/d)

• Minimum secondary education, preferably higher education or final years of relevant studies
• Experience in customer support (HelpDesk, IT hardware repair and configuration)
• Knowledge of Microsoft environment (Windows, Terminal Services, Active Directory)
• Practical knowledge of computer networks (LAN, WAN) and mobile systems (Windows Phone, iOS)
• Knowledge of multifunctional printing devices and print servers
• Knowledge of workstation infrastructure and server environments
• Communicative English language skills (minimum B1 level) in speaking and writing
• Analytical and organizational skills
• High work culture and interpersonal skills with clients and colleagues
• Independence, thoroughness, and consistency in actions
• Driving license category B

• Support and assist system users as part of the 1st line support
• Handle tickets, failures, and manage ongoing incidents
• Diagnose and resolve application, hardware, and network issues
• Maintain and develop the system
• Participate in implementation projects
• Collaborate with the company headquarters
