Data Analyst

ITFS is a consulting company from the Tricity area with a branch in Warsaw. It focuses primarily on IT specialist recruitment and creating project-based Software Houses for clients from Poland and Western Europe.

• Minimum 4 years of experience in a similar role related to data analysis, data science, or data modeling
• Experience in advanced data modeling and designing data warehouse solutions from scratch
• Very good knowledge of SQL and relational and cloud databases (Oracle, SQL Server, PostgreSQL, Snowflake, BigQuery, Redshift)
• Knowledge of data modeling tools such as Erwin Data Modeler, PowerDesigner, or similar
• Knowledge of Microsoft Azure data processing services (Azure Data Lake, Azure Data Factory, Azure SQL)
• Understanding of data products and data lifecycle concepts
• Ability to solve complex analytical and technical problems
• Very good communication skills and ability to collaborate with business and technical teams
• English language proficiency at minimum B2+ level
• Higher education in computer science, engineering, or related fields

Nice to have:

• Ability to combine business and technical perspectives in analytical projects
• Programming experience in Python, Spark, or SQL
• Experience in project management or coordination of data-driven initiatives
• Knowledge of data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or similar

• Designing, developing, and maintaining data models and analytical solutions supporting business processes
• Extracting, standardizing, and integrating data from various sources while ensuring data quality and consistency
• Creating and developing data warehouse structures and dimensional models for analytical environments
• Collaborating with business and technical teams to analyze requirements and implement data-driven solutions
• Participating in initiatives related to the development of data products and optimization of data processing workflows
• Mentoring junior team members and providing support in data analysis and modeling
