Internal AI Solutions Consultant

Saferoad Restraint Systems is hiring an AI Agent Developer to build and maintain AI agent solutions using LLM platforms such as Claude and ChatGPT. The role involves bridging business needs and IT, coordinating external AI consultants, and improving AI use across the business.

• Strong, demonstrable experience using LLMs (Claude, ChatGPT or similar) including prompt engineering, multi-step interactions, tool/function calling
• Practical experience building or customizing AI agents, chatbots or LLM-powered automations
• Working knowledge of Python or comparable language sufficient to integrate APIs and assemble agent workflows
• English and Polish language skills for business communication (speaking and writing)
• Strong analytical mindset to break ambiguous business problems into clear deliverable steps
• Fast learner with ability to absorb new business processes and AI tooling
• Builder mentality with bias toward shipping working prototypes
• Excellent communication skills with technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Quality and detail orientation, especially around prompts, edge cases and security
• Curiosity and self-drive to keep up with fast-moving AI landscape
• Formal university degree in AI or machine learning is not required

Build AI agents that solve real business problems:

• Engage with business stakeholders to identify automation and AI opportunities
• Translate business needs into clear AI agent requirements and deliverables
• Design, build, test and deploy AI agents using LLM platforms (Claude, ChatGPT and similar)
• Apply prompt engineering, tool/function calling and basic agent orchestration
• Document agents, prompts and integrations to retain knowledge within the company

Engage external consultants when needed:

• Perform structured analysis of problems exceeding in-house capability
• Scope requirements, constraints and success criteria for handover to external consultants
• Coordinate work, verify deliverables, and ensure maintainability and integration

Maintain, govern and improve AI use across the business:

• Maintain agents in production: monitor performance, refine prompts, handle edge cases
• Promote secure and responsible AI use: data privacy, IP protection, GDPR and EU AI Act awareness
• Stay current with developments in LLMs, agent frameworks and AI tooling
• Share findings with IT team and wider business to raise AI literacy
• Learn business processes quickly and apply knowledge in agent design
