• Minimum 4 years of experience as an iOS Developer
• Very good knowledge of iOS SDK, Swift, and SwiftUI
• Proficient in object-oriented programming and system design principles
• Experience with client-server architecture
• Knowledge of CI/CD processes and experience writing unit and automated tests
• Experience or interest in security (considered a plus)
• Effective communication skills within a team
• Assertiveness and ability to defend solutions and argue technical decisions
• Enjoy teamwork and knowledge sharing

• Implement new functionalities on iOS using Swift and SwiftUI
• Solve technical problems and support the team through code reviews and mentoring
• Monitor progress and quality of solutions
• Collaborate with project teams, Product Owners, and IT teams (DevOps, QA, Release Management)
• Participate in technical decision-making
• Work in a hybrid model (2-3 times per month in the office in Warsaw/Łódź)
