Architect / Senior Backend Engineer (DSP / RTB)

AdTech product for contextual advertising. The system analyzes website content and selects and displays relevant ads in real time through RTB auctions.

• Commercial experience at a Senior+ level or higher, with the ability to work independently and take ownership of tasks
• Confident spoken and written English skills at B2+ level
• Strong DSP / RTB bidder development experience
• High-load, low-latency backend systems design
• Backend architecture and scalability expertise
• Building and scaling real-time bidding infrastructure
• Deep understanding of AdTech ecosystem and auction flow

• Ownership of end-to-end platform components
• Technical leadership and architectural decision-making
• Pragmatic problem solving under scale/performance constraints
• Accountability for delivery and system reliability
