IT Operator

• Willingness to work in a shift system (24/7 service)
• Necessity to work on-site from 9 AM to 5 PM during the first month of onboarding at the Warsaw office (ul. Grzybowska 62); hybrid work model proposed afterward
• Experience with system software (Windows, Linux) and tooling
• Knowledge of virtualization, high availability, monitoring, and backup
• Responsibility and ability to solve problems independently
• Good command of English (B2/C1 level)
• Google or Microsoft certifications:
  • Associate Cloud Engineer
  • AZ-900: Microsoft Azure Fundamentals

Nice to have:

• Certifications in cloud technologies:
  • Google Cloud Professional
  • AZ-104: Microsoft Azure Administrator or higher
• Knowledge of IT security threats
• Familiarity with network monitoring systems: Zabbix, Grafana, Alerta

• Participate in operational support of a complex cloud infrastructure environment
• Perform initial incident recognition reported by monitoring systems
• Coordinate work during emergency situations
• Collaborate with third-line support groups and external vendors
• Execute tasks in the ticketing system
• Co-create a knowledge base
• Perform planned work and participate in IT transformation projects
• Handle Microsoft Azure and Google Cloud requests

• Work location: Warsaw, hybrid model after first month of on-site onboarding
• Work schedule includes shift work in a 24/7 service model
