Tech Lead (.NET + Angular)

• Minimum 7 years of commercial software development experience, including experience as a Tech Lead
• Experience in technical team leadership, decision making, and responsibility for solution quality
• Practical use of AI tools in daily development work and supporting team use of GitHub Copilot and LLM models
• Very good knowledge of C# and .NET platforms (8+), ASP.NET Core Web API, REST, and GIT
• Very good knowledge of Angular (v16+) and TypeScript
• Knowledge of relational databases (PostgreSQL, MS SQL Server)
• Practical experience with Domain-Driven Design (DDD)
• Experience building and developing distributed microservice systems
• Experience with asynchronous communication (e.g., RabbitMq, MassTransit, Wolverine) and event-driven architecture
• Very good knowledge of REST, CRUD, OOP, Clean Code, CI/CD, Git, GitLab, OpenShift
• Nice to have: knowledge of Docker, OpenShift, Kubernetes

• Technical leadership of the development team, including making and supporting technical decisions, planning work, task decomposition, and estimation
• Ensuring technical quality of delivered solutions, including architecture consistency, code maintainability, security, performance, and compliance with organizational and architectural standards
• Supporting developers through code reviews, mentoring, technical consultations, and promoting engineering best practices
• Designing, developing, and maintaining complex backend (.NET) and frontend (Angular) applications, including data work and SQL query/model optimization
• Designing integration solutions, asynchronous communication, and event-driven approaches supporting business processes based on workflow/BPM
• Collaborating with Product Owner, analysts, architects, and business to clarify requirements, assess feasibility, and identify technical risks
• Working remotely with onboarding from the Wrocław office
