IT Release Manager

• Minimum 5 years of professional experience in IT
• Minimum 3 years of experience as a Release Manager
• Experience managing releases in multi-system and multi-team environments
• Experience working in Agile methodologies and hybrid environments
• Experience collaborating with DevOps teams
• Very good knowledge of ITIL v3/v4 practices
• Very good knowledge of Release Management, Change Management, Incident Management, and Problem Management processes
• Knowledge of Jira, Git, and GitLab tools
• Knowledge of CI/CD processes and tools
• Ability to manage schedules, dependencies, and coordinate activities between teams
• Ability to work under time pressure and in a dynamic project environment
• ITIL v3 Foundation, ITIL 4 Foundation, or equivalent certification
• Experience gained in at least 2 projects including comprehensive release management, production deployments, coordination of multiple teams, handling multiple production releases, release risk management, Go/No Go processes, status reporting and escalation, and full release cycle execution

• Planning, coordination, and supervision of releases and deployments
• Managing release schedules and dependencies between systems
• Coordinating deployments between DEV, TEST, UAT, and PROD environments
• Monitoring environment readiness and deployment status
• Preparing deployment documentation, rollback plans, and reports
• Collaborating with development, QA, DevOps, maintenance, and business teams
• Managing release risk and supporting Go/No Go decisions
• Supervising Change Management processes and compliance with organizational standards
• Coordinating post-deployment activities, hotfixes, and escalations
• Improving Release and Deployment Management processes and reporting work status
