IT Project Manager

Deviniti is a company working with Atlassian technologies, focusing on projects related to Atlassian stack including migrations, implementations, and configurations. The Project Management team consists of a Team Leader and four Project Managers working remotely, coordinating complex technological projects and supporting pre-sales and PMO activities.

• Minimum 3 years of experience as a Project Manager, including at least 1 year with Atlassian stack projects
• Knowledge of Agile and Waterfall methodologies
• Experience in client-facing project management
• Very good English language skills (C1/C2 level)
• Developed communication and stakeholder management skills, including at C-level
• Familiarity with project management tools and techniques such as RACI, WBS, Gantt, and Risk Matrix

Nice to have:

• Experience with migrations to Atlassian Cloud and cloud transformations
• Knowledge of planning and managing projects using Atlassian tools
• Experience supporting pre-sales activities and contract negotiations related to delivery scope
• Business maturity in building and maintaining client relationships
• Negotiation skills in conflict situations
• High communication level within team and with clients
• High independence and discipline in work

• Leading comprehensive Atlassian projects end-to-end (migrations to Cloud, cloud transformations)
• Managing project scope, budget, schedule, and risk
• Coordinating technical teams and communication between them
• Maintaining relationships with clients and stakeholders
• Reporting project status and maintaining documentation
• Managing change (change management)
• Collaborating with Atlassian
• Participating in pre-sales activities and preparing estimations (eventually)
