AI Catalyst Lead

This role is for a client in the financial sector. The position involves driving and accelerating adoption of standardized developer and platform tooling, processes, and controls, acting as a bridge between AI-enabled capabilities and engineering teams. The work model is hybrid with 2 days in the office in Kraków and 3 days remote.

• 6+ years in software engineering, developer experience, platform engineering, or a directly adjacent technical role
• Experience with AI coding assistants (e.g., Claude Code, GitHub Copilot, Cursor) in a professional and productionized context
• Track record of working across organizational boundaries as an internal consultant, DevEx engineer, or technical lead embedded in multiple teams
• Experience designing and running enablement programs or technical training for engineering audiences
• Fluency with modern development workflows: version control, CI/CD, IDEs, code review processes
• Ability to assess a team’s existing toolchain and make pragmatic recommendations
• Excellent communication skills, able to translate technical concepts for varied audiences
• Naturally curious and self-directed, proactively identifying opportunities
• Comfortable with ambiguity and able to create structure where none exists
• Fluent English

• Embed with engineering teams to understand workflows and guide AI tooling adoption from initial setup to daily use
• Design and deliver structured enablement projects such as workshops, office hours, and self-serve guides tailored to different engineering personas (backend, frontend, platform, testing)
• Drive adoption aligned to metrics, moving teams from passive license holders to active engineers delivering business value
• Write real code alongside customer teams to demonstrate AI-assisted development patterns in context
• Diagnose and resolve blockers to adoption including technical, cultural, or workflow-related issues
• Translate early adopter learnings into repeatable playbooks to scale adoption across the organization
• Help teams adopt AI tooling and standardize developer workflows, CI/CD pipelines, and control standards
• Serve as the voice of the developer to the platforms team, providing structured insight on tooling shortcomings and friction points
• Collaborate with product managers and engineers on the platform team to prioritize improvements with greatest customer impact
