Tech Lead (.NET)

Devire Outsourcing IT is a collaboration model dedicated to IT specialists based on B2B contracts, delivering projects for clients running innovative and modern projects. The client operates in the financial sector, focusing on solutions supporting processing and analysis of financial data.

• 7 years of commercial software development experience, including experience as a Tech Lead.
• Experience in technical team leadership, making and arguing technical decisions, taking responsibility for solution quality, and supporting developers via code review, mentoring, and technical consultations.
• Practical use of AI tools as part of daily development work and supporting the team in reasonable and safe use of such tools.
• Experience in frontend application development using Angular (TypeScript).
• Very good practical knowledge of SQL (MS SQL Server, PostgreSQL).
• Very good knowledge of OOP principles, SOLID, Clean Code, design patterns, and architectural approaches such as Clean Architecture, DDD, CQRS, and event-driven.
• Experience working with systems with large data volumes, complex integrations, and complex domain and process logic.
• Practical experience with Git, GitLab CI/CD, and OpenShift container platform.

• Technically lead the development team in daily work, including making and supporting technical decisions, planning work, task decomposition, estimation, and ensuring solution consistency and improving team workflows.
• Collaborate with Product Owner, analysts, architects, and business to refine requirements, assess feasibility, and identify technical risks.
• Be responsible for the technical quality of delivered solutions, including architecture consistency, code maintainability, security, performance, and compliance with organizational and architectural standards.
• Support developers through code reviews, mentoring, technical consultations, and promoting good engineering practices.
• Design, develop, and maintain backend (.NET) and frontend (Angular) applications in complex and large-scale systems, including working with data and optimizing SQL queries and data models.
• Design integration solutions, asynchronous communication, and event-driven approaches supporting business processes based on workflow/BPM.
