Product Owner ERP

Morele is a leader in the Polish e-commerce market in the segment of consumer electronics distribution (computers, laptops, computer components, RTV, AGD). It is an e-commerce platform aggregating D2C brands in Poland and expanding into foreign markets. The company continuously expands sourcing for external brands and its growing group of own brands.

• Higher education or ongoing studies (preferred fields: economics or computer science).
• Knowledge of SQL sufficient for independent work, especially MS SQL.
• Basic understanding of ERP-class systems and their business support functions.
• Communication skills and ease in establishing new relationships.
• Ability to build good relationships with users, showing empathy and patience.
• Comfort working in a team and ability to make independent decisions.
• Quick learning and willingness to develop competencies.
• Alignment with values such as openness, collegiality, integrity, engagement, and goal orientation.

Nice to have:

• Familiarity with Web Services concepts (XSD, WSDL, SOAP, REST).
• Understanding of basic business processes (logistics, trade, accounting, or HR/payroll).
• Technical knowledge of operating systems and servers.

• Support technical users of Comarch ERP XL and Comarch ERP Optima systems.
• Handle and resolve current user requests and issues.
• Implement and update new versions of Comarch ERP software.
• Configure and optimize systems according to business needs.
• Analyze business and technical requirements related to software operation.
• Create and update technical documentation.
• Participate in testing and verification of system functionality.
• Collaborate with external software providers to maintain system continuity and development.
• Manage relationships with technology partners and oversee timely execution of service requests.
