Senior AI Solutions Engineer

The role is within the HR Analytics & Systems team at 7N, a company with 30 years of experience providing IT solutions to over 200 organizations. The position focuses on designing and implementing AI solutions to support HR processes in a global investment organization.

• Experience in creating and deploying AI/ML solutions in commercial environments
• Strong knowledge of Python and ML frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn
• Practical experience with LLM and generative AI, including prompt engineering
• Experience in designing and integrating APIs
• Experience building agentic AI systems
• Ability to work on complex, ambiguous technical problems
• Communication skills with non-technical stakeholders
• Independence and responsibility for end-to-end delivery

Nice to have:

• Experience with Workday integrations or HR systems
• Knowledge of HR analytics or HR data
• Experience mentoring or working with juniors
• Familiarity with cloud AI/ML tools (Azure OpenAI, AWS SageMaker, Google Vertex AI)

• Design and implement AI solutions addressing real HR business needs
• Create proof-of-concepts and prototypes for new AI use cases
• Translate ambiguous business requirements into concrete technical solutions
• Identify opportunities for automation in HR processes
• Integrate AI solutions with existing systems and platforms
• Design and maintain APIs for system integration
• Collaborate with technology teams and business stakeholders
• Provide support and mentoring to less experienced team members

Work model is hybrid with expected presence in the Warsaw office 3 days per week.
