Senior Test Manager | Enterprise Systems & Energy Sector Projects

Polcode is a global technology partner with nearly 100 professionals, specializing in building and improving digital businesses, software platforms, eCommerce stores, websites, and apps. The role involves long-term enterprise cooperation focused on complex IT systems and large-scale organizational initiatives, including business-critical systems and regulated domains such as the energy sector.

• Strong commercial experience as a Test Manager in enterprise environments
• Experience coordinating complex testing processes across multiple teams
• Experience with test strategy creation and quality governance
• Understanding of system, integration, regression, and UAT testing
• Experience with defect management and release readiness processes
• Proven experience delivering enterprise projects in regulated or business-critical environments
• Ability to present documented project experience and delivery track record
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills

Nice to have:

• ISTQB Advanced Level Test Manager certification (or equivalent)
• Experience in the energy sector
• Experience working with external vendors and distributed teams
• Experience in large infrastructure, telecom, banking, or regulated organizations
• Experience improving testing processes at organizational level
• English language skills considered a plus

• Define and maintain testing strategies for enterprise initiatives
• Coordinate system, integration, regression, and UAT testing activities
• Manage testing documentation, reporting, and quality metrics
• Lead and coordinate testing teams and testing activities
• Monitor testing progress, risks, and release readiness
• Supervise defect management and escalation processes
• Collaborate with development, operations, and business teams
• Support continuous improvement of testing and quality processes
• Participate in governance, reporting, and decision-support activities
