Microsoft Fabric SME Specialist

This role supports a long-term initiative focused on the implementation and scaling of Microsoft Fabric and Microsoft Purview across the organization. It combines hands-on experience with Microsoft Fabric and the ability to design and deliver engaging online and onsite training sessions and workshops.

• Hands-on experience working with Microsoft Fabric.
• Good understanding of data governance concepts.
• Experience with Microsoft Purview is highly desirable.
• Previous experience delivering trainings, workshops, or educational sessions.
• Ability to simplify complex technical topics and explain them in an accessible way.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience working with diverse audiences and business/technical teams.
• English proficiency at minimum B2 level.

• Act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for Microsoft Fabric within the implementation and adoption team.
• Bridge technology, data governance, and user adoption topics.
• Support and facilitate training sessions, workshops, office hours, and consultation meetings.
• Co-create change management and adoption strategies together with the Project Manager.
• Develop and maintain Microsoft Fabric learning paths and educational materials.
• Collaborate with offshore teams on content creation and quality assurance.
• Ensure all training materials comply with internal governance policies and standards.
• Deliver engaging online training sessions via Microsoft Teams as well as onsite workshops.
• Support the organization in increasing adoption and effective usage of Microsoft Fabric solutions.
