Senior Software Developer (React.js/Node.js)

CDQ Poland develops Cloud Apps, a web platform enabling users to interact with CDQ APIs and products through a modern interface. The engineering setup includes a React application built with TypeScript and Vite, a shared NestJS backend, and automated testing. CDQ focuses on Data Quality Services, leveraging Data Sharing for collaborative master data management to improve data quality and reduce risks. Their cloud-based software provides Data Quality as a Service, continuously monitoring and updating customer master data, integrated with ERP or CRM systems.

• Minimum 5+ years of experience.
• Strong React and TypeScript expertise, including frontend architecture, component design, maintainability, and clean coding.
• Experience building production-grade SPA applications with state management, API integration, routing, authentication, error handling, and accessibility.
• Familiarity with modern frontend tooling and workflows such as Vite, ESLint, and Prettier.
• Hands-on experience with testing at multiple levels using Vitest, Jest, Testing Library, and Playwright.
• Good knowledge of HTML, CSS/SCSS, and responsive, accessible UI development.
• Practical experience with Node.js and NestJS for collaboration and occasional backend implementation.
• Experience leveraging AI-powered developer tools (e.g., GitHub Copilot) for code generation and refactoring.
• Strong sense of UI ownership and responsibility for product look, feel, and behavior.
• Understanding of common UX patterns in modern SaaS applications including navigation, data-heavy views, form flows, and state handling.
• Ability to think end-to-end across user journeys.
• English minimum B2 plus Polish or C1.

Nice to have:

• Experience with Docker, MongoDB, Kafka, CI/CD pipelines (e.g., GitHub Actions).

• Develop and evolve a modern React web application focusing on clean architecture, scalability, and maintainability.
• Implement and deliver product features end-to-end, including frontend views, business logic, and backend API integrations.
• Refactor and improve existing codebases, migrating legacy logic into reusable frontend solutions.
• Collaborate within a small team on technical decisions, solution design, and continuous product improvement.
• Contribute to shared UI components, design system adoption, and engineering standards, ensuring high code quality through reviews and testing.
• Support backend development in NestJS when needed to enable smooth frontend-backend collaboration.
