Tech Lead (.NET)

Devire Outsourcing IT is a B2B collaboration model for IT specialists, delivering projects for clients in the financial sector. The role involves working on projects supporting key business processes in legal offices, debt collection, and financial operations, including domain modeling, production deployment, business process automation using workflow/BPM platforms, and building integration solutions with asynchronous communication (event-driven) interacting with external systems such as banks and e-Courts.

• 7 years of commercial software development experience, including experience as a Tech Lead.
• Practical use of AI tools as part of daily development work and supporting the team in safe and reasonable use of such tools.
• Experience in frontend application development using Angular (TypeScript).
• Very good practical knowledge of SQL (MS SQL Server, PostgreSQL).
• Strong knowledge of OOP principles, SOLID, Clean Code, design patterns, and architectural approaches such as Clean Architecture, DDD, CQRS, and event-driven.
• Experience working with systems handling large data volumes, complex integrations, and complex domain and process logic.
• Practical experience with Git, GitLab CI/CD, and OpenShift container platform.

• Technical leadership of the development team, including making and justifying technical decisions, ensuring solution quality, and supporting developers through code reviews, mentoring, and technical consultations.
• Collaboration with Product Owner, analysts, architects, and business to refine requirements, assess feasibility, and identify technical risks.
• Responsibility for technical quality of delivered solutions, including architecture consistency, code maintainability, security, performance, and compliance with organizational and architectural standards.
• Designing, developing, and maintaining backend (.NET) and frontend (Angular) applications in complex and large-scale systems, including data handling and SQL query/model optimization.
• Designing integration solutions, asynchronous communication, and event-driven approaches supporting business processes based on workflow/BPM.
