Currently, we are looking for an experienced Cronos ServiceNow Developer for our partner, to join a long‑term project delivered for a European Union Organization based in Warsaw. The role requires strong hands‑on ServiceNow expertise, high responsibility, and the ability to work in a complex international environment.


Wymagania

  • ServiceNow Certified Application Developer certificate or equivalent
  • ServiceNow Certified System Administrator certificate or equivalent
  • Minimum education level: at least secondary vocational education
  • Minimum English level: B2 (certificate, language audit)
  • Minimum 5 years of relevant IT professional experience
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar position
  • Excellent hands‑on experience in configuring, developing, and maintaining the ServiceNow platform
  • Experience with customized ServiceNow solutions
  • Experience in administration and maintenance of ServiceNow in a DevOps role
  • Experience with on‑prem ServiceNow setups and backend management (advantage)
  • Experience in creating SOPs and technical documentation
  • Very good understanding of complex information systems and interoperability
  • Knowledge of IT security standards
  • Excellent knowledge of:
    • ServiceNow products portfolio
    • IT Service Management
    • Requirements gathering, analysis, and project management
    • ServiceNow integrations (Web Services, SSO, LDAP, REST, etc.)

Obowiązki

Developing the ServiceNow platform:

  • Implementing new configurations and customizations
  • Analyzing and advising on requests for new ServiceNow functionalities
  • Writing and implementing code on the ServiceNow platform
  • Testing and validating proposed changes
  • Running development activities in cooperation with the ServiceNow Architect and Administrator
  • Performing application and code reviews to ensure system integrity
  • Maintaining up‑to‑date technical documentation, SOPs, user manuals, and knowledge base articles

Maintaining the ServiceNow platform:

  • Managing and maintaining the ServiceNow instance, including binaries, configuration, keystores, Tomcat, Java, backups, and performance tuning
  • Ensuring functionality and security compliance
  • Performing upgrades and applying application patches
  • Managing integrations between ServiceNow and internal systems
  • Managing and maintaining MariaDB databases used by ServiceNow
  • Providing daily operational support and implementing standard changes
  • Analyzing and resolving incidents and performing bug fixes

Improving the ServiceNow platform:

  • Providing recommendations based on business requirements
  • Contributing to technical designs and solution architecture
  • Supporting platform planning, risk management, disaster recovery, and security management
  • Supporting other teams as required
  • Performing other duties assigned by the Team Leader
