Employee Experience Advisor (Qualtrics)

• Strong hands‑on experience with Qualtrics EX administration and survey delivery.
• Proven experience designing and managing complex employee survey programmes.
• Solid analytical capability, with experience building dashboards and reports.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Experience working in HR, People Analytics, consulting or transformation environments.

Nice to have:

• Experience integrating Qualtrics with HR systems (e.g. Workday) or BI platforms.
• Exposure to AI‑driven analytics, text analytics or automated insight generation.
• Understanding of GDPR and data privacy principles in HR data contexts.

• Design, build and test employee surveys (engagement, pulse, lifecycle and ad‑hoc) using Qualtrics.
• Manage survey logic, templates, branding and question libraries.
• Build and maintain dashboards and standard reports within Qualtrics and downstream BI tools where applicable.
• Support stakeholders with reporting interpretation and action planning.
• Contribute to the development of AI‑driven EX analytics capabilities.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of EX delivery models and ways of working.
• Administer and configure the Qualtrics EX platform, including users, roles, permissions, data sources and integrations.
• Provide ongoing platform support, troubleshooting and user enablement.
