Data Analyst with Chinese

Technical requirements:

• Work experience in Data Analytics, Reporting, Operations, or automation tools is good to have
• Experience with PowerBI report creation plus Power Query and Power Automate is required
• Macros in Excel
• Automation of processes and reports

• Fluent in English and Chinese with writing and reading skills
• Shift requirements from 7 AM, flexibility desired per business requirements
• Analytical skills and attention to detail

• Support Clients Business & Sales operations across all products/segments within SLA
• Prepare and share daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly reporting and analytics
• Support the team in ensuring correct and up-to-date data in the systems
• Support business in identifying and removing repeatable blockers
• Drive towards an efficient, accurate and reliable solution providing end to end support
• Train team members and help with query support
• Follow up on compliance issues and monitor issue resolution
• Prepare data for audit
