Global Project & Change Coordinator

Our client is a multinational company headquartered in France, a global FMCG leader with a recognized brand and high performance standards. The role is within a newly established unit responsible for global projects and change management.

• Proven experience (approximately 3-5 years) with project and/or change management, preferably at regional or global level
• Knowledge of Project Management and/or Change Management methodologies, frameworks, and tools
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Excellent planning and organization skills including anticipating risks and dependencies and considering long-term planning
• Strong drive for results with focus on execution and delivery
• Ability to work with people from different countries and cultures
• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders across different functions and levels of seniority
• Ability to deal with ambiguity and uncertainty in changing project environments
• Ability to lead and facilitate global meetings
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Fluency in English

• Support and deliver a portfolio of global and zone projects by leveraging global methodologies and tools
• Act as key point of contact on PMO and CMO to global and local teams
• Support the setup of the global PMO and CMO strategy and deployment approach
• Work closely with global and local teams, from onboarding to daily project coordination, with support of senior PCO members
• Contribute to the further setup of the Global PCO office including knowledge, expertise, best practices, ways of working, and community engagement
