IT Manager (M/K)

Telewizja Puls is a national television company undergoing digital transformation to better utilize modern IT solutions, data, automation, and artificial intelligence to support business, analytics, production, creation, marketing, sales, and daily team work. The IT Manager will collaborate closely with the CFO and Management Board to define technological development directions, identify automation areas, implement data and AI-based solutions, and build a modern, responsible technology usage culture within the organization.

• Experience in a managerial or leadership role in IT
• Experience managing teams and technology projects
• Ability to combine technological perspective with business needs
• Good knowledge of modern technologies including AI, automation, data analysis, and productivity tools
• Practical skills working with data, reports, and system integrations
• General knowledge of database environments; knowledge of Oracle or Microsoft SQL is an advantage
• Knowledge of Python or another modern programming language to understand, prototype, or supervise automation and data analysis solutions
• Experience implementing systems, integrating tools, or projects improving processes
• Awareness of cybersecurity, data protection, access management, backups, and system continuity
• Openness to practical AI applications in business and ability to identify areas where technology can bring real value
• English language proficiency enabling smooth communication with suppliers and technology partners
• Very good work organization, independence, responsibility, and proactivity
• Ability to communicate technological issues understandably to business

Nice to have:

• Participation in projects related to AI, automation, BI, data analytics, or digital transformation
• Knowledge of BI tools, low-code/no-code, workflow automation, or cloud solutions
• Knowledge of Microsoft 365, Power BI, Power Platform, Copilot, Azure, or Azure AI Services
• Practical knowledge of Provys, WEBCON, Enova systems
• Experience in media, television, digital, production, advertising industries, or organizations with complex technological infrastructure

• Creating and implementing IT development strategy aligned with company business goals
• Managing the IT team and developing its competencies
• Ensuring stable, secure, and efficient operation of IT infrastructure, systems, and tools
• Direct collaboration with CFO on projects related to AI, automation, data analysis, and digital transformation
• Acting as a technology partner for the Management Board, CFO, and business area leaders
• Initiating and leading IT, automation, and transformation projects
• Identifying areas where AI, automation, data analysis, and modern digital tools can increase organizational efficiency
• Supporting company departments in selecting and implementing new technologies
• Developing and maintaining key company systems including Provys, WEBCON, Enova
• Supporting reporting, data integration, exports, data quality, and process improvements
• Building a culture of conscious, responsible, and secure AI usage in the organization
• Ensuring information security, system continuity, backups, access management, and cybersecurity
• Collaborating with suppliers and technology partners
• Managing IT department budget, planning costs, and recommending solutions ensuring best value for investment
