• Participating in the full software lifecycle from design, planning, development, testing, code review, demonstration to business, deployment to production and monitoring introduced changes.
• Be part of the development team working in a Scrum methodology.
• Training and mentoring less experienced engineers.
• Improving architecture with focus on performance, scalability, reliability, and high availability.
• Assist in improving processes, tools, and environments.

Tools used include Jira, Confluence, GitHub, Sonar, PMD, Checkstyle, Detekt, FindBugs, GIT, Jenkins, Agile, Scrum, Kanban.

Currently hybrid work model with remote and office at "Plac Zbawiciela" in Warsaw. Policy may change to reduce remote work or shift to fully on-site.
