Senior Tax Technology Consultant

Currently seeking a Senior Consultant responsible for leading and developing projects that combine taxes, finance, and technology. The goal is to translate complex tax requirements into specific system solutions and oversee their implementation for clients.

• Minimum 7 years of professional experience, including at least 1 year in a leadership or managerial role (projects, teams, or clients)
• Experience in taxes, finance, or accounting (preferably in advisory or project environments)
• Practical knowledge of at least one ERP system (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics) from a business-process perspective
• Ability to combine tax and technological knowledge and translate regulations into system solutions
• Very good command of English (work in an international environment)
• Strong analytical skills, independence, and result orientation
• Proactive approach and willingness to develop in process automation and technology

Nice to have:

• Experience in implementing tax solutions (JPK, SAF-T, e-invoicing, KSeF)
• Participation in automation, integration, or reporting projects
• Experience in international or cross-border projects
• Practical use of AI and automation tools in project work

• Comprehensive management of advisory and implementation projects in the area of taxes and regulatory reporting (VAT, CIT, JPK, KSeF)
• Translating tax and accounting requirements into business and functional requirements for ERP systems and reporting tools
• Collaborating with IT and business teams on the client side in designing solution architecture, integrations, and system configurations
• Supervising the implementation of reporting applications and automation tools
• Managing project scope, budget, schedule, and risks
• Supporting sales processes by analyzing client needs, co-creating solution concepts, participating in presentations and offers
• Building and maintaining long-term client relationships
• Ensuring the quality of delivered solutions and compliance with project methodology
• Actively using new technologies (including AI) in daily work
