UI/UX Designer

ITFS is a consulting company from the Tricity area with a branch in Warsaw. It focuses primarily on IT specialist recruitment and creating project-based Software Houses for clients from Poland and Western Europe.

• Minimum 6 years of experience in a similar position, including corporate environment experience
• Experience in UX design and independently leading UX projects in cooperation with business, analytics, and development teams
• Experience with tools such as Figma and Adobe XD
• Experience with Confluence and Jira
• Ability to conduct UX workshops and facilitate business needs and requirements
• Experience working in a UX design team on large digital solutions
• Negotiation skills and ability to argue design decisions in the context of business goals
• English language proficiency sufficient to work with project documentation

Nice to have:

• Experience designing solutions for the banking sector, especially digital channels
• Experience collaborating with various UX specializations such as UX Writing and UX Research
• Knowledge of banking solutions operating in the Polish market
• Knowledge of digital accessibility standards (WCAG)
• Experience working in Agile, Scrum, or Kanban methodologies

• Designing and developing intuitive user interfaces for digital products
• Collaborating with business, analysts, and development teams on new functionalities
• Conducting workshops and meetings to gather user requirements
• Creating mockups, prototypes, and project documentation
• Ensuring consistency of user experience and compliance with UX/UI standards
• Collaborating with the design team to develop and optimize digital products

Workplace: hybrid (candidates from Warsaw 2x per week at client's office, candidates outside Warsaw 2x per month at office)
