UX/UI Designer

• Minimum 6 years of experience in UX
• Experience independently leading UX projects in cooperation with business, analysts, and developers
• Ability to conduct UX workshops and effectively gather business requirements
• Experience working in teams on large digital solutions
• Good communication with business and ability to argue UX decisions in business context
• Proficiency with Figma, Adobe XD, Jira, and Confluence
• Knowledge of Agile, Scrum, and Kanban methodologies
• Nice to have: experience collaborating with UX Writers and UX Researchers, knowledge of WCAG digital accessibility standards

• Designing modern UX solutions for large digital projects
• Collaborating with business, analysts, and development teams in product creation and development
• Leading UX workshops and facilitating business and user needs
• Designing wireframes, flows, and user interfaces
• Collaborating with UX designers on large and complex solutions
• Participating in defining UX standards and best practices
• Working in a hybrid model with 2 days per week in the Warsaw office
