• Minimum of 3 years of experience in designing Salesforce or service processes.
• Experience designing and implementing solutions in Salesforce Service Cloud or Field Service.
• Solid understanding of service processes such as orders, contracts, call center, invoicing.
• Familiarity with Salesforce Marketing Cloud, including Journey Builder, Email Studio, and Automation Studio (nice to have).
• Experience integrating Salesforce products and third-party applications, especially ERP systems (nice to have).
• Experience working in self-organizing, agile teams (nice to have).
• Positive attitude and trustworthy personality.
• Strong organizational skills and high standards for work quality.
• Proactive and clear communication.
• Fluent in English; Polish or German is a plus.

• Design and implement innovative Salesforce solutions in collaboration with IT teams, customers, and product owners.
• Work across Salesforce Service Cloud, Field Service (Classic and LEX), and Marketing Cloud.
• Write and update platform documentation.
• Conduct user trainings and demos.
• Manage stakeholder requirements and expectations through effective project management.
• Contribute to a self-organizing and autonomous team.
