Wymagania

  • Relevant university degree or comparable qualification in business informatics, information technology, or related field.
  • Salesforce certifications such as Administrator or Sales Cloud Consultant.
  • Three to five years of experience as a Salesforce Consultant with exposure to Sales Cloud and Lead-to-Order processes.
  • Strong hands-on Salesforce administration skills including data model design, validation rules, Salesforce Flow, page layouts, reporting, dashboards, and troubleshooting.

Nice to have:

  • Experience with Marketing Cloud, advanced analytics, third-party integrations, or additional Salesforce certifications.
  • Confident English communication skills for collaboration with international stakeholders.

Obowiązki

  • Translate complex Lead-to-Order requirements into high-quality Salesforce solutions within the Sales Cloud environment.
  • Understand business needs end to end and shape scalable Lead-to-Order solutions.
  • Implement Salesforce configurations including Flows, objects, validation rules, page layouts, permissions, and reports.
  • Lead and contribute to workshops, refinements, and solution discussions with Product Owners and stakeholders.
  • Jointly own quality, timelines, and outcomes in an agile, collaborative, and self-organizing team.
  • Participate in data migration, integrations, and cross-system process design.
  • Support adoption through documentation, demos, and user trainings.
