SAP CS / Service Consultant

• Extensive experience as an SAP consultant with a strong focus on SAP S/4 Service, SAP Customer Service, and/or SAP Customer Relationship Management.
• Hands-on experience in service-related SAP implementations and process optimisation, ideally in complex, international environments.
• SAP functional and technical expertise in adjacent modules such as Sales and Distribution, Materials Management, Plant Maintenance, or Master Data Governance.
• Experience working with agile delivery methods and collaborating in dynamic, interdisciplinary teams.
• Proactive mindset, structured working style, strong sense of ownership, and collaborative communication.
• Fluent business English communication skills.

• Cross-module integration knowledge.
• Exposure to field service or service logistics scenarios.

• Design and implement end-to-end business solutions within SAP S/4HANA Service, covering enterprise service models, service contract management, spare parts logistics, and integration with field service operations.
• Advise and support business stakeholders in the introduction, optimisation, and further development of service-related processes and applications.
• Coordinate solution definitions with the Enterprise Architect and software development teams to ensure alignment with global architecture, standards, and digital strategy.
• Conduct user trainings and maintain high-quality documentation for system usage and knowledge transfer.
• Steer and coordinate external partners and service providers to ensure effective collaboration and delivery quality.
• Continuously analyze and improve existing applications and processes to contribute to operational excellence and customer satisfaction.
