SAP O2C Project Manager

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in business, information technology, or a comparable field.
• More than five years of project management experience, including expertise in SAP Order-to-Cash areas and delivery of CRM or ERP projects.
• Strong knowledge of O2C processes such as pricing, sales order handling, billing, and credit management.
• Hands-on experience with SAP SD and its integration into FI and MM.
• Proficiency with project management tools such as Microsoft Project or Jira.
• Comfortable communicating in English.

Nice to have:

• SAP SD certification or project management certification.
• Knowledge of additional SAP process areas like P2P, R2R, or F2S.
• Familiarity with SAP Fiori and international rollouts.
• Exceptional communication and leadership skills, ability to motivate teams, resolve conflicts, and navigate competing priorities.

• Lead strategic SAP projects within the Order-to-Cash (O2C) landscape to enhance sales, marketing, and service processes.
• Coordinate cross-functional resources, define project scopes, and ensure milestones, deliverables, and timelines are met.
• Collaborate with Global Process Owners, consultants, and business stakeholders to ensure effective communication and alignment throughout the project lifecycle.
• Take ownership of end-to-end SAP O2C project delivery, including risk management and dependency tracking.
• Conduct workshops and training sessions to ensure smooth user adoption and consistent application of O2C best practices.
• Monitor and evaluate project performance using appropriate methods and tools for continuous improvement.
