Project Manager Data Migration

• Master's degree in management and economics, business informatics, or a comparable field.
• Several years of experience in managing strategic information technology projects, ideally in the manufacturing industry.
• Strong knowledge of SAP ECC, S/4HANA, and Salesforce rollouts.
• Understanding of integrated processes, technical requirements, and data structures.
• Experience coordinating onshore and offshore teams and collaborating with external service providers, including contract preparation.
• Ability to contribute to overall resource planning and ensure high-quality delivery in complex environments.
• Fluent English language skills.

• Experience working in international and cross-functional structures.

• Coordinate all data-related activities in the global rollout and ensure alignment with project goals.
• Plan, prepare, and execute work packages across data preparation, mapping, validation, testing, and migration with interdisciplinary teams.
• Guide colleagues on migration strategy and execution, ensuring quality delivery within scope, budget, and schedule.
• Align teams working with different technologies such as Salesforce and S/4HANA to ensure a smooth and coordinated migration approach.
• Analyze and evaluate business requirements to support the creation of a robust and future-proof data governance structure.
• Manage transparent stakeholder communication to ensure effective steering, risk mitigation, and clarity across all levels.
