AI Platform Expert (m/f/d)

• University degree in Computer Science or a related quantitative field, with a focus on Data Science or Data/ML Engineering.
• At least 3 years of relevant experience in data analytics, particularly in an Advanced Analytics / AI context.
• Proven track record in Generative AI (GenAI) or AI agents within Azure, M365, SAP, or Salesforce.
• Proven experience with generative AI, AI agents, and cloud platforms such as MS Azure, M365, Salesforce, and SAP.
• Knowledge of AI ethics, security, and privacy standards.

Nice to have:

• Experience with governance frameworks and change management.
• German language skills.

• Guide the technical foundation for Vaillant Group’s AI strategy across key platforms (SAP, Salesforce, Azure, M365), fostering a culture of responsible innovation.
• Develop and enforce AI standards, architecture guidelines, and best practices while integrating emerging AI technologies and trends.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and maintain robust AI solutions and support the AI Architect with platform-specific expertise.
• Lead PoCs and MVPs to evaluate technical feasibility of use cases, maintaining a roadmap of AI capabilities within the platform.
• Ensure alignment with AI ethics, security, and privacy standards by working with the AI Office, IT Security, and Information Security teams.
• Champion knowledge sharing and inclusive collaboration, mentoring colleagues and driving change across Vaillant with kindness.
