Digital Solution Platform Architect

• Proven experience as a Senior Developer or Solution Architect with a solid understanding of software architecture principles.
• Experience with frontend technologies such as React, Angular, or Vue.js.
• Backend expertise in Java or similar languages.
• Expertise in cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
• Knowledge of DevOps practices and event-driven architectures.
• Fluent English language skills.

• German or Polish language skills.
• Experience with Design Thinking or Agile methodologies.
• Advanced security knowledge.

• Develop scalable, maintainable frontend and middleware architectures that meet business needs, ensuring high performance, security, and scalability.
• Collaborate with product owners, UX designers, and backend engineers to create seamless, integrated digital solutions that enhance user experience.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to full-stack development teams, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous learning.
• Conduct code reviews to maintain high-quality code and architectural consistency, proposing improvements and innovative solutions.
• Stay updated on emerging technologies and trends, recommending the adoption of new tools and practices to drive innovation.
• Create and maintain comprehensive technical documentation, such as architecture diagrams, design patterns, and guidelines, to facilitate effective knowledge sharing.
