Senior Software Developer (m/f/d) – FIS Cross Asset Trading and Risk Platform / German speaking

The role focuses on the technical enhancement of the FIS Cross Asset Trading and Risk Platform (formerly Front Arena) in the capital markets environment, ensuring stable, high-performance, and practical implementation of trading and risk processes in collaboration with business units and clients.

• Practical experience in software development within the capital markets environment, ideally in securities trading or with trading platforms.
• Very good knowledge of the FIS Cross Asset Trading and Risk Platform (Front Arena) and ideally Automic.
• Confident handling of Python and SQL.
• Experience with development environments such as PyCharm or Visual Studio.
• Knowledge of code versioning tools, for example Git, is desirable.
• German language skills at C1 level and good English skills.
• Flexible working including remotely, from offices, and on-site with clients.

• Ensure traceable code, meaningful logging, clean documentation, and maintainable system landscape in the long term.
