The role involves supporting clients and development teams in functional implementation related to the FIS Cross Asset Trading and Risk Platform (formerly Front Arena).

• Practical experience in the capital markets environment in Front Office, Middle Office, or Backoffice (e.g., trading support, operations, settlement, accounting, or risk).
• Experience with the FIS Cross Asset Trading and Risk Platform (Front Arena), particularly in usage or functional support across the trade lifecycle.
• Solid understanding of front-to-back processes in securities trading and interest in mapping these processes holistically within systems.
• Experience in gathering, structuring, and evaluating business requirements.
• Confident appearance, structured collaboration, and clear communication in client environments.
• German language skills at C1 level and good English skills.
• Flexible working style: remote, office, and on-site with clients in Germany.

Consulting:

• Support clients in Front Office and adjacent middle- and back-office processes such as trade lifecycle, settlement, accounting, reporting, and reconciliation.

Front-to-back thinking:

• Translate business requirements across the entire trade lifecycle (trade capture, confirmation, settlement, valuation, posting) into a clean system implementation within the FIS Cross Asset Trading and Risk Platform.

Further development:

• Consider trading-, risk-, and accounting-related requirements (e.g. valuation logic, P&L, regulatory reporting) in the further development of the platform.

Optimization:

• Challenge trading and risk processes focusing on efficient workflows and clean system implementation.

Coordination:

• Work closely with downstream systems and business units (back office, finance, risk, regulatory) to ensure a consistent end-to-end process chain.

Documentation:

• Document processes, requirements, and results clearly, understandably, and traceably.
